Are the Bounce Houses already decorated? 

The bouncers do not come decorated unless you add customized balloon garland, customized decal, or any other add-on services we offer at the moment. Please visit our ‘Price Page’ for itemized breakdowns.

Can I customize Ball Pit colors? 

Yes! The standard ball pits include primary white, clear, pink, blue, red, green, and black. If you would like to customize with a color that we do not have in our inventory, we are more than happy to fulfill the order. Please contact us in advance to confirm what we have in stock.

Is the setup & breakdown included in my booking? 

We have you covered! Every booking includes delivery, setup, and breakdown.

Do I have to make a deposit? 

Yes. We require a non-refundable $300 deposit to guarantee your event day is secured. The remaining balance MUST be paid 72 hours before your event.

What happens if I need to reschedule due to weather conditions?

No worries! We will allow up to 1 year to reschedule your big day. Please let us know as soon as possible and we will accommodate you.

Are the party rentals sanitized/cleaned?

Absolutely! Safety is the number one priority for our family and yours. We carefully inspect each party's rental for damages and proper functionality. Each bounce house, ball pit, and slide are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each booking.
